Burlington DC Microgrid Blog 5: Gildemeister battery arrives, preparation for its installation is underway

Gildemeister flow battery - the heart of the Burlington DC Microgrid - was shipped from Austria and now arrived to a wharehouse near the site. It needs to be stored at the wharehouse because it shipped earlier than planned while the concrete pad is not ready yet.

The battery and gas generator concrete pad work has begun, and we are expecting the completion in several days wheather permitting.
